Fudgey Chocolate Peppermint Brownies

Ingredients
Brownies

Frosting

  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • peppermint candies, as desired
Method
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spray 5×7 in baking pan with non stick spray
  3. Whisk together dry ingredients (almond flour, chocolate peanut powder and baking powder)
  4. In a second bowl mix together eggs, eggwhites, peanut butter, peppermint extract and any sweetener
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients
  6. Pour into pan
  7. Bake for ~15 minutes
  8. While brownies cool, combine greek yogurt, cocoa powder and any sweetener
  9. Frost brownies
  10. Sprinkle with peppermint candy
  11. Slice and Enjoy!
