No Bake Peanut Butter & Jelly Granola Squares

Ingredients

2 cups gluten free oats
1/3 cup peanut butter powder
1 cup brown rice krispie cereal
large handful (about 10g) freeze dried strawberries (no sugar added)
pinch salt
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey or sweetener of choice

Method

1. Line a 8×8 baking pan with foil
2. Mix together peanut butter and honey
3. Add in oats, peanut powder, salt, freeze dried strawberries
4. Mix well
5. Gently fold in rice krispies
6. Spread mixture into pan
7. Refrigerate for 1 hour
8. Cut into 12 squares
