Mocha Chia Pudding
- ½ cup coconut milk (full fat from the can)
- ½ cup brew coffee (cooled)
- 2 tbsp agave
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp NNM Mocha Cappuccino Peanut Butter
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Place all ingredients into a blender (dry ingredients on top away from the blades) and pulse until combined.
- Let sit for 2 minutes.
- Pulse again and then transfer to a jar with a lid.
- Chill overnight before serving.
