Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup nuts'n more Apple Crisp Peanut Butter Spread
  • 2 medium apples, chopped and cored
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 cup packed spinach
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. ground flax meal


                  Directions:

                  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
                  2. Pour into two glasses, sprinkle with extra cinnamon, oats or nuts and enjoy!
