Apple Pie Protein Shake

- 1/4 cup nuts'n more Apple Crisp Peanut Butter Spread
- 2 medium apples, chopped and cored
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 cup packed spinach
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp. ground flax meal
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into two glasses, sprinkle with extra cinnamon, oats or nuts and enjoy!
