Banana Peanut Butter Muffins

Ingredients:

½ cup NNM Banana Nut Peanut Butter
- 2 small bananas
- ¼ cup sugar-free maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- ¾ cup almond milk
- 1 ½ cup whole wheat flour or gluten free flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare a cupcake pan with 12 liners.
- Place the bananas into a bowl and mash them with a fork.
- Add in the peanut butter, syrup, eggs and almond milk and whisk until smooth.
- Add in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, walnuts and chocolate chips and stir until no dry spots remain.
- Distribute the batter between the muffins liners and bake them for 20-22 minutes.
