Caramel Macchiato Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

½ cup rolled oats
- ¾ cup almond milk
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 packet stevia
- 2 tbsp Nuts 'N More Salted Caramel Peanut Butter
- ½ shot of espresso
Directions:
1. Place the oats, almond milk, chia seeds and stevia into a jar, stir, cover and chill for at least one hour.
2. Place half of the oats into a serving dish, top with peanut butter and then remaining oats.
3. Pour ½ a shot of espresso over the top and serve.
