Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bars

Ingredients:

1 cup Nuts ’N More Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Spread
- 1/4 maple syrup
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 3 tbsp. melted coconut oil
- 1 1/2 cups + 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, divided
Directions:

In a large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients and 2 tbsp of the coconut oil and stir until evenly incorporated.
- Gently fold in ½ cup of the dark chocolate chips, then gently press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
- For the chocolate ganache, add the remaining 1 ½ cups chocolate chips and 1 tbsp of coconut oil to a bowl, heating in the microwave in 30-second increments until fully melted.
- Pour the ganache over the cookie dough mixture and smooth into an even layer.
- Allow to firm up in the fridge for 3-4 hours, then cut into bars.
