Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Ingredients:

1/2 cup nuts'n more Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Spread
- 1/2 cup nuts'n more Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Peanut Butter Spread
- ¾ cup rolled oats, ground into a flour
- 3 tbsp. roughly chopped peanuts
- 3 tbsp. dark chocolate chips
Directions:
- Add the Dark Chocolate Spread and Cookie Butter Spread each into a separate medium-sized bowl.
- Add ½ cup of the ground oat flour to the Cookie Butter Spread and ¼ cup to the Dark Chocolate spread.
- Use a rubber spatula to stir the flour into each spread until you have a dough-like consistency.
- Gently fold the chocolate chips into the Dark Chocolate spread and the peanuts into the Cookie Dough spread.
- Scoop out ½ tbsp. of the Dark Chocolate dough and ½ tbsp. of the Cookie Dough flavor and press the 2 together as you gently roll into a ball.
- Continue scooping and rolling until you have about 8 protein balls, then transfer to an air-tight storage container.
- Allow to firm up in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before enjoying!
