Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls
Add the Dark Chocolate Spread and Cookie Butter Spread each into a separate medium-sized bowl.
Add ½ cup of the ground oat flour to the Cookie Butter Spread and ¼ cup to the Dark Chocolate spread.
Use a rubber spatula to stir the flour into each spread until you have a dough-like consistency.
Gently fold the chocolate chips into the Dark Chocolate spread and the peanuts into the Cookie Dough spread.
Scoop out ½ tbsp. of the Dark Chocolate dough and ½ tbsp. of the Cookie Dough flavor and press the 2 together as you gently roll into a ball.
Continue scooping and rolling until you have about 8 protein balls, then transfer to an air-tight storage container.
Allow to firm up in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before enjoying!
