Ingredients:
Waffles
- 1 cup gluten free oats
- 1 packet stevia
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- pinch sea salt
- ¼ cup NNM Cinnamon Raisin Peanut Butter
- 3 tbsp applesauce
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup almond milk
Toppings

- maple syrup
- powdered sugar
Directions:
- Place the oats into a blender and blend until in flour form.
- Transfer the flour to a mixing bowl and stir in the stevia, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, applesauce, egg, vanilla and almond milk until smooth.
- Add in the dry ingredients and mix until a batter forms.
- Prepare a waffle iron with non-stick spray and turn on high heat.
- Cook waffles ¼ cup at a time until golden brown. Add toppings and serve.
