Edible Birthday Cake Cookie Dough

Ingredients:

  • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1/3 cup + 1/4 cup Nuts ’N More Birthday Cake High Protein Peanut Butter Spread 
  • 4 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Sprinkles or chocolate chips

 



                    Directions:

                    1. Add chickpeas, Nuts ’N More spread and maple syrup to a blender and blend until smooth, stopping to scrape the sides as necessary.

                    2. Transfer the mixture to a medium bowl, then add in the oat flour, salt, baking soda and vanilla. Stir until evenly incorporated.
                    3. Gently fold in your sprinkles, chocolate chips or other add-ins, then cover and transfer to the fridge to chill for about 1 hour.
