Edible Birthday Cake Cookie Dough
1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1/3 cup + 1/4 cup Nuts ’N More Birthday Cake High Protein Peanut Butter Spread
4 tbsp. maple syrup
1/4 cup oat flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Sprinkles or chocolate chips
Add chickpeas, Nuts ’N More spread and maple syrup to a blender and blend until smooth, stopping to scrape the sides as necessary.
- Transfer the mixture to a medium bowl, then add in the oat flour, salt, baking soda and vanilla. Stir until evenly incorporated.
- Gently fold in your sprinkles, chocolate chips or other add-ins, then cover and transfer to the fridge to chill for about 1 hour.
