  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, stems removed

  • 1/2 cup cherries (if using frozen, thaw in advance)
  • 3 tbsp. Nuts ’N More Toffee Crunch Peanut Butter Spread
  • 1 large banana
  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp. ground flax meal
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup milk



                    1. Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
                    2. Pour the mixture into the cavities of an ice cube tray and freeze for at least 2 hours.
                    3. When ready to make a smoothie, combine 3-4 smoothie bombs with 8oz of milk in your blender and enjoy!
