  • 2 cups unsweetened nut milk of choice

  • 1 1/2 tbsp. corn starch
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. water
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup nuts’n more Cocoa Hazelnut Spread
  • 1 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract



                  1. In a small pot over medium heat, bring nut milk to a simmer.

                  2. Combine corn starch and water in a small bowl, and whisk until smooth.
                  3. Once milk is simmering, add in the corn starch mixture, whisking continuously for about 2 minutes.
                  4. Whisk in the cocoa powder, Cocoa Hazelnut Spread, butter and coconut sugar until powder is completely dissolved.
                  5. Divide the mixture equally among popsicle molds, then freeze for 6-8 hours until fully frozen.
                  6. If desired, drizzle with melted chocolate or peanut butter and top with nuts or sprinkles!
