Homemade Fudge Pops

Ingredients:

2 cups unsweetened nut milk of choice
- 1 1/2 tbsp. corn starch
- 1 1/2 tbsp. water
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup nuts’n more Cocoa Hazelnut Spread
- 1 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 3 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:

In a small pot over medium heat, bring nut milk to a simmer.
- Combine corn starch and water in a small bowl, and whisk until smooth.
- Once milk is simmering, add in the corn starch mixture, whisking continuously for about 2 minutes.
- Whisk in the cocoa powder, Cocoa Hazelnut Spread, butter and coconut sugar until powder is completely dissolved.
- Divide the mixture equally among popsicle molds, then freeze for 6-8 hours until fully frozen.
- If desired, drizzle with melted chocolate or peanut butter and top with nuts or sprinkles!
