Homemade Powdered PB Waffles

Ingredients:

3/4 cup all purpose gluten free baking flour
- 1/4 cup tapioca flour
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
- 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter + 5 tablespoons water (to reconstitute)
- 1 egg large
- 2 tbsp zero calorie sweetener
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Whisk together all dry ingredients. In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir until smooth. Cook waffles according to waffle maker directions. Top with more powdered pb if desired.
