No-Bake Salted Caramel Protein Bars

Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder of choice
- 3 tbsp. ground flaxseed meal
- 1 cup Nuts ’N More Salted Caramel High Protein Peanut Butter Spread
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tbsp. coconut oil, melted
- 2 tbsp. milk of choice
- Flaked salt
Directions:

Add oats to a blender and blend into a fine flour.
- Combine oat flour, protein powder and ground flaxseed in a large bowl and stir to combine.
- Add in the Nuts ’N More spread, honey, coconut oil and milk and stir just until combined.
- For thicker bars, line a loaf pan with parchment paper and transfer the mixture to the pan. Using the back of a spoon or rubber spatula, firmly press the mixture into an even layer, working the dough into the corners of the pan. If you prefer thinner bars, you can also use a square 8x8 baking dish.
- Sprinkle the bars with flakey sea salt and gently press into the top of the bars. Cover and transfer to the fridge for at least two hours,
- When ready to serve, slice into bars and enjoy! Protein bars will keep in the fridge for 7-10 days.
