1 cup Nuts ’N More Salted Caramel High Protein Peanut Butter Spread
1/3 cup honey
2 tbsp. coconut oil, melted
2 tbsp. milk of choice
Add oats to a blender and blend into a fine flour.
Combine oat flour, protein powder and ground flaxseed in a large bowl and stir to combine.
Add in the Nuts ’N More spread, honey, coconut oil and milk and stir just until combined.
For thicker bars, line a loaf pan with parchment paper and transfer the mixture to the pan. Using the back of a spoon or rubber spatula, firmly press the mixture into an even layer, working the dough into the corners of the pan. If you prefer thinner bars, you can also use a square 8x8 baking dish.
Sprinkle the bars with flakey sea salt and gently press into the top of the bars. Cover and transfer to the fridge for at least two hours,
When ready to serve, slice into bars and enjoy! Protein bars will keep in the fridge for 7-10 days.
