  • An almost empty jar (3-4 tbsp.) of Nuts 'N More spread
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp. rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp. almond milk
  • 1/2 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1-2 tbsp. honey for added sweetness (optional) 


                    1. Add all ingredients into the Nuts ’N More jar and stir until smooth.
                    2. Store in the fridge overnight. When ready to serve, top with fresh fruit and chopped nuts. Divide into 2 bowls or eat it straight out of the jar!
