1. Preheat the oven to 325 F and prepare a small baking dish with non-stick spray.
2. In a bowl, toss together the apple filling ingredients until combined and then transfer to the baking dish.
3. In another bowl, stir together oats, swerve brown sugar and sea salt.
4. Use a fork to cut in the peanut butter and cold butter until crumbles start to form.
5. Sprinkle the crumbles over the apple filling and bake for 15-20 minutes and golden brown.
