1/2 cup nuts’n more Salted Caramel Peanut Butter Spread
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
Choice of toppings: Cereal, chopped nuts, seeds, sprinkles, etc.
About 45 minutes prior to starting, place your jar of nuts’n more spread in the freezer. This will help keep it sandwiched between the banana slices.
Peel and slice bananas, about ¾ of an inch thick.
Lay the slices out flat and place a dollop of salted caramel spread onto half of them, about ½ a teaspoon.
Press a popsicle stick into the middle of the banana slices with spread, then slide another banana slice on top of the spread to create a sandwich.
Place the snack bites into the fridge for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring between each until fully melted.
Dip one side of each snack bite into the melted chocolate, then sprinkle with your favorite cereal, nuts, seeds or sprinkles. Return to the fridge to allow the chocolate to solidify, then enjoy!
