Ingredients:

½ cup almond milk
- ¼ cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tbsp NNM Cookie Butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 cups coffee
- Whipped cream *optional
Directions:

In a small pot over medium heat, stir together the almond milk, pumpkin, maple syrup and cookie butter until just before it starts to boil.

Distribute the latte between 3 serving glasses and then pour the pumpkin mixture over the coffee.

Top with whipped cream and serve.
