1/4 cup Nuts ’N More Spiced Pumpkin Pie High Protein Peanut Butter Spread
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- 3 tbsp. rolled oats
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/3 cup riced cauliflower
- 1 large frozen banana
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into two glasses and enjoy!
