Raspberry Toffee Parfait
3 cups fresh raspberries
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 Nuts ’N More Toffee Crunch Snack Packs (or 3 scoops from jar)
- 3 cups yogurt of choice
- Granola for topping
Combine raspberries, chia seeds, syrup and vanilla in a blender and blend until you have a smooth jam-like consistency.
- Divide the mixture among 3 glasses or jars, reserving some for topping.
- Add a cup of yogurt to each, then spoon the rest of the raspberry jam over top.
- Top with granola, fresh raspberries, and a Toffee Crunch Snack Pack.
