Salted Caramel PB Granola Bars

  • ½ cup NNM Salted Caramel Peanut Butter

  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 ¼ cup gluten free rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp sugar free chocolate chips



                  1. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the peanut butter and honey. Add in the oats and stir until well combined.

                  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 6x6 inch pan lined with parchment paper. Top with chocolate chips and chill in the freezer 15-20 minute before cutting into bars and serving.
                  3. Store the bars in a covered container in the refrigerator.
