Salted Caramel PB Granola Bars

Ingredients:

½ cup NNM Salted Caramel Peanut Butter
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 ¼ cup gluten free rolled oats
- 2 tbsp sugar free chocolate chips
Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, stir together the peanut butter and honey. Add in the oats and stir until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 6x6 inch pan lined with parchment paper. Top with chocolate chips and chill in the freezer 15-20 minute before cutting into bars and serving.
- Store the bars in a covered container in the refrigerator.
