St Patrick's Day Rice Crispy Treats

Ingredients:
- ¾ cup NNM Original Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 3 cups brown rice cereal
- 3-4 drops green food coloring
- 1 tbsp green sprinkles
Directions:
- Place the peanut butter and coconut oil into a large pot over medium heat and stir until smooth.
- Add in the marshmallows and stir until melted and combined
- Stir in food coloring.
- Remove from the heat and add the brown rice cereal and stir using a large rubber spatula until the cereal is well coated. Transfer to a 8x8 inch pan lined with parchment paper and press it evenly into the bottom.

- Cover and let sit at room temperature for 1 hour or chill for 20 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
