St Patrick's Day Rice Crispy Treats

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup NNM Original Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 3 cups brown rice cereal
  • 3-4 drops green food coloring
  • 1 tbsp green sprinkles

 



                  Directions:

                  1. Place the peanut butter and coconut oil into a large pot over medium heat and stir until smooth.
                  2. Add in the marshmallows and stir until melted and combined
                  3. Stir in food coloring.
                  4. Remove from the heat and add the brown rice cereal and stir using a large rubber spatula until the cereal is well coated. Transfer to a 8x8 inch pan lined with parchment paper and press it evenly into the bottom.

                  6. Cover and let sit at room temperature for 1 hour or chill for 20 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
