  • 1 cup NNM Salted Caramel Peanut Butter

  • ¼ cup applesauce, unsweetened
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 6 tbsp oat four
  • ⅔ cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ White chocolate chips, melted for drizzling
  • Sprinkles for topping


        1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
        2. Place all the ingredients into a mixer and mix until a dough forms.
        3. Press the dough into the prepared pan and bake for 11-12 minutes.
        4. The center will seem undone but that’s how you want it. It will set as it cools.
        5. Let cool completely before drizzling with melted white chocolate and topping with sprinkles.
