Love the products. Despise the extra cost for delivery guarantee. It adds stress. As much as I prefer your products to fit butters, If I order I'll be ordering fit butters. Fit butters are also at Hy-Vee, that is where I get them. Its too bad you are no longer at vitamin shoppe. If you eliminate the extra cost to guarantee shipping I'll be back but until then we are a fit butters family. Or if you are available at a store. Lastly we love, love your products. It's the shipping guarantee change that is petty.

I had it sent to the wrong address, just messed up typing zipcode. I got ahold of customer service, and with no hassle, they changed the mailing address just before they shipped it out. I also hate birthday cake flavored stuff, but their birthday cake penutbutter is absolutely amazing!!!

Where I live (Maine) I have only missed a delivery from another vendor once, in over 25 years at this address. And company made good on a second delivery. Delivery guaranty is just an additional shipping charge.

Love to use the powdered peanut butter products as a topping on plain oatmeal. Add some sugar free chocolate chips on top of the peanut butter, and it’s a pretty yummy breakfast.
