With the fall season upon us, we have a tendency to want to curl up inside! But don’t let the cooler temperatures keep you from getting in some exercise! There are so many great activities, both indoors and outdoors for you to try! Here are 10 of the nuts ‘n more team favorites!

1. Go apple picking

2. Take a bike ride

3. Trail running

4. Play laser tag (or paintball)

5. Go hiking

6. Pick pumpkins and paint them

7. Cook a meal together

8. Try out a new exercise class (yoga? Kickboxing?)

9.  Site see a new city

10. Walk through a local museum

Try one, try two or try them all! Not only will you be staying fit with any of these great activities, but you will be having fun and giving your normal weekly routine a new sense of energy and life!
