4th Of July White Chocolate Protein Breakfast Cake
Celebrate The 4th Of July in a healthy and delicious way with this simple breakfast recipe made with both our White Chocolate Peanut Butter and Almond Infused Whey Protein Powder!
Ingredients
1/2 cup (56g) buttermilk pancake mix
1 scoop vanilla almond infused protein powder*
1 large egg
6 oz water (or milk)
Sweetener, if desired
2 tbs High Protein White Chocolate Peanut Butter
2 tbs fresh blueberries
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
Method
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Line a 9in loaf pan with parchment paper (or spray generously with non stick spray)
3. Mix together pancake mix, protein powder, egg, water/milk and any sweetener
4. Pour batter into pan and bake for ~12 minutes
5. Allow cake to cool
6. “Frost” cake with white chocolate peanut butter
7. Decorate as shown with berries
8. Enjoy!
*This cake would also taste great with the Chocolate Almond Infused Whey Protein Powder
