Almond Butter Granola Kefir Bowl

Ingredients
GRANOLA (makes 16 servings)

KEFIR BOWL

  • 1 cup Kefir
Method
  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees
  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Toss together dry ingredients
  4. Add almond butter, honey and coconut oil to a bowl
  5. Heat in microwave until melted and then mix well
  6. Combine wet and dry ingredients
  7. Evenly spread granola on baking sheet
  8. Bake for 20 minutes
  9. Give it a good mix
  10. Return to oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes
  11. Fill a bowl with Kefir and top with granola
