Chocolate Almond Butter Cookies
Ingredients
1 cup (256g) Nuts ‘N More Chocolate Almond Butter, melted
1 scoop Nuts ‘N More Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (or chocolate)
1 large egg white
1 tsp coconut oil, melted
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper
- Combine all ingredients
- Form dough into desired size cookies
- Place on baking sheet
- Bake for ~12 minutes
- They will seem soft at first, but will set
