Chocolate Peanut Butter Caramel Apples
Ingredients
3 Apples
9 caramels
3 tbs chocolate peanut butter
3 tbs plain peanut butter
2 tsp coconut oil
sprinkles as desired
straw (paper works best)
Method
1. Using a knife, cut “X” into top of apple
2. Stick the straw into the top of the apple where you made the “X”
3. Place apples on parchment paper
4. Melt caramels with 1 tsp water
5. Drizzle caramel over the top of each apple
6. Place in fridge to set
7. Add chocolate peanut butter and 1 tsp coconut oil to a ziplock bag and mix
8. Cut a small whole in the corner of the ziplock bag
9. Remove apples from refrigerator and drizzle with chocolate peanut butter
10. Place back in refrigerator
11. Add plain peanut butter and 1 tsp coconut oil to a second ziplock bag and mix
12. Cut a small whole in the corner of the ziplock bag
13. Drizzle peanut butter over chocolate layer
14. Add sprinkles, if desired
15. Place back in refrigerator to set
16. Enjoy!
