Chocolate Peanut Butter Chia Parfait
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup chocolate eggwhites
- 6 tbs chia seeds
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- ½ cup peanut flour
- Water, as needed
- Sweetener, if desired
- Peanuts and chocolate chips for top, optional
Instructions
- Combine chocolate eggwhites, chia seeds, protein powder and sweetener (if using)
- Mix well and place in the refrigerator overnight
- In the morning mix together peanut flour and water until desired “peanut butter” consistency is reached
- Layer chocolate chia pudding and peanut flour
- Top with extra peanuts and chocolate chips, if desired
