Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Donuts

Ingredients

1/4 cup (27g) Simply Stacked Waffle Mix

1/4 cup (30g) Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder

1/4 cup xylitol (or sweetener of choice)

1 tsp baking powder

1 large egg

2 large egg whites

1/4 cup milk

1 tbs pure vanilla extract

TOPPINGS

2 tbs (32g) Nuts N More Protein Peanut Butter

1.5 (21g) chocolate coconut butter

Method

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. Coat donut pan with non stick spray

3. Sift together dry ingredients

4. Whisk together wet ingredients

5. Combine wet and dry ingredients

6. Evenly divide batter among 6 donut molds

7. Bake for ~16 minutes

8. Allow donuts to cool

9. Melt CocoNutter

10. Dip top of each donut in coconut butter and allow to set

11. Drizzle with peanut butter
