Ingredients
1 scoop protein powder
1/2 cup rolled oats
1-2 packet stevia, to taste
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tbs Cookie Butter
1 tbs coconut flour
pinch salt
pinch cinnamon
chocolate chips, as desired
Method
1. Mix all dry ingredients together
2. Add in cookie butter and mix
3. Add in milk and mix with hands
4. Make into cookie shape and freeze for 45 minutes or refrigerate for 1.5 hours
