Maple Frosted Pumpkin Spice Walnut Bars

Ingredients

BARS
1.5 cups (150g) nuts n more peanut butter powder
1/2 cup + 2tbs pumpkin spice eggwhites
1/4 cup agave
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup water
1/4-1/2 cup walnuts, as desired
FROSTING
6 tbs (37g) nuts n more maple peanut butter powder
5-6 tbs vanilla eggwhite

Method

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
2. Spray an 8×8 baking pan with nonstick spray
3. Mix together all bar ingredients
4. Stir in walnuts
5. Bake for ~20 minutes or until set
6. Allow to cool
7. While bars are cooling, mix together peanut butter powder and eggwhites for frosting
8. Frost bars
9. Allow to set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
10. Slice and enjoy!
