Maple Walnut Ice Cream
Serves: 2-3
Ingredients
3 small bananas, sliced and frozen
1/3 cup Maple Peanut Butter Powder*
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 tbs maple syrup, optional
Method
1. Place all ingredients, except walnuts, in a food processor or blender
2. Blend until completely mixed
3. Transfer to a bowl and hand mix in walnuts
4. Enjoy immediately as soft serve OR freeze for 2-3 hours for a more ice cream like texture
*You can substitute the maple for any flavor Peanut Butter Powder or even Protein Powder you’d like!
**This dessert tastes great topped with any of our nut butters too!
