1 c. pancake mix
¼ c. chocolate egg whites
¼ c. milk
1 medium ripe banana (mashed)
2-3 slices of @5280meat black pepper bacon
Mix protein pancake mix, egg whites, milk, and mashed ripened banana until well blended. Heat griddle to medium heat and pour batter in desired size of pancake. Cook for approximately 2-3 minutes per side. The pancakes will look slightly darker with the mashed banana. Once you have your stack complete, top with sliced banana, chocolate chips, Nuts ‘n More Salted Caramel peanut butter! Serve with a side of black pepper bacon!
