Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Donuts

 Nuts N More Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Donuts

Ingredients

2 cup (240g) oat flour
2 tbs (14g) coconut flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
1/2 cup vanilla egg whites
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1/2 cup milk
sweetener, to taste (I used 40 drops liquid stevia)
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup high protein peanut butter

Method

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Coat 12 donuts molds with non-stick spray
3. Sift together dry ingredients: oat flour, coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt
4. Mix in wet ingredients: egg whites, greek yogurt, milk and sweetener
5. Mix until just combined. Do not over mix
6. Fold in chocolate chips
7. Evenly divide batter between 12 donut molds
8. Bake for 12-15 minutes
9. Drizzle with peanut butter
10. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator

Serves: 12
