Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter Pancakes
Ingredients
1/4 cup pancake mix
2 tbs peanut butter powder
1/3 cup pumpkin spice egg whites
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
Top
1 tbs Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter
2 tsp mini chocolate chips
Method
1. Mix together pancake mix, peanut powder, egg whites, vanilla and baking soda
2. Allow to sit for 5 minutes while heating up pan
3. Drop batter into pan in tablespoon size servings
4. Cook 2 minutes or until bubbles begin to form
5. Flip
6. Cook an additional 60-90 seconds
7. Repeat until all batter is gone
8. Top with pumpkin spice peanut butter and chocolate chips
