Reese’s Pieces Stuffed Peanut Butter Cups

Serves: 6
Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Mix together peanut powder and liquid eggwhites until a ‘peanut butter’ like consistency is reached
  2. Mix in mini reeses pieces and place in the refrigerator
  3. Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe dish
  4. Heat in the microwave in 30 second increments until melted
  5. Spoon the half of the melted chocolate into 6 mini silicone muffin cups (or paper cups)
  6. Swirl chocolate around so it comes up the sides slightly
  7. Place in the freezer for 5 minutes
  8. Remove the peanut butter dough from the refrigerator and evenly roll into 6 balls
  9. Press each ball into the center of the melted chocolate cups
  10. Finish off by evenly topping each cup with the remaining chocolate
  11. Place in the freezer for 20 minutes to set
  12. Enjoy!
