Salted Caramel Lava Cake
Ingredients
1/2 cup almond flour
2 tbs Chocolate Peanut Butter Powder
2 tbs dark cocoa powder
pinch baking soda
2 large eggs
3 tbs maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
2 tps melted butter or coconut oil
2 tbs Salted Caramel Peanut Butter
Method:
1. Whisk together dry ingredients
2. Whisk together wet ingredients
3. Spray 2 large mugs with non stick spray
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients
5. Pour half of the batter into each mug
6. Drop 1 tbs peanut butter into the center
7. Microwave 1-2 minutes or until outside is just barely set*
8. Repeat with second mug
9. Flip onto plate and watch the peanut butter flow out at the first fork full!
*Do not overcook or the peanut butter will harden
