Salted Caramel Peanut Butter Cupcakes
Ingredients
- ¼ cup almond flour
- 2 tbs peanut butter powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbs ground flax
- ¼ cup eggwhites
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3-4 drops liquid stevia
- **TOP**
- 2 tbs frosting
- 2 tbs salted caramel peanut butter
- chocolate chips, as desired
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix together all cupcake ingredients
- Divide between 2 paper cupcake liners
- Bake for ~10 minutes
- Allow to cool
- Top each cupcake with 1 tbs frosting, peanut butter and chocolate chips, if desired
