Salted Caramel Peanut Butter Cupcakes

Ingredients
Method
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix together all cupcake ingredients
  3. Divide between 2 paper cupcake liners
  4. Bake for ~10 minutes
  5. Allow to cool
  6. Top each cupcake with 1 tbs frosting, peanut butter and chocolate chips, if desired
