Salted Chocolate Peanut Clusters

Ingredients
 
Instructions
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Melt chocolate in a microwave safe bowl (or in a glass dish over a pot of hot water)
  3. Mix peanut butter into chocolate
  4. Stir in peanuts
  5. Drop chocolate peanut mixture in tablespoon size servings onto parchment paper
  6. Sprinkle with sea salt
  7. Place in freezer to set
  8. Store in refrigerator
 
Notes
*if your peanut butter seems to be a bit dry add 1 tsp oil
