Snickers Protein Cupcakes
Ingredients
Cupcakes
2 scoops Abs Protein Chocolate Chip Pancake Mix
2 tbs unsweetened coco powder
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2tbs Truvia
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 egg whites
Frosting
12 oz Elli Quark Sea Salt Caramel
1/2 cup Nuts N More Chocolate Peanut Butter
dark chocolate, melted
salted peanuts
Directions
Combine all cupcake ingredients
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes
For frosting, beat together quark and peanut butter
Spread evenly on top of cooled cupcakes
Drizzle with melted dark chocolate and top with peanuts
