Stay Fit Anywhere –  “9 x 30 Workout”

Not only is it important to eat right and stay hydrated, but it is also important to make sure you get your body moving each day! Physical activity is one of the main components to leading a healthy lifestyle.

But what happens when you are short on time or are not able to get to the gym? Not a problem! We have the perfect fat burning, muscle building workout that can be done anywhere in 15 minutes or less! Leaving you just enough time to refuel with a healthy protein shake and a tablespoon of peanut butter before running out the door! Are you ready?!

Instructions

Perform 3-4 rounds of this 9 exercise circuit for a complete workout!*

Jumping Jacks x 30 seconds

Pushups x 30 reps

High Knees x 30 seconds

Body weight Squats x 30 reps

Mountain Climbers x 30 seconds

Walking Lunges x 30 reps each leg

Lateral Jumps x 30 seconds

Triceps Dips x 30 reps

Plank x 30 seconds

*Repeat 2-3 additional times*

When you have completed this fat burning circuit, make sure to replenish your muscles with some fast digesting protein!
