Toffee Banana Fosters Bread

1 cup xylitol (or dry sweetener of choice)
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup applesauce
2 large eggs
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 small banana
Walnuts, Cinnamon, Brown Sugar, as desired
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Line a 9×5 in loaf pan with parchment paper
  3. Sift together dry ingredients
  4. Mix together wet ingredients
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients
  6. Pour batter into pan
  7. Heat banana in microwave and then mash until creamy
  8. Swirl banana into top of batter
  9. Bake for ~60-70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
  10. Allow to cool
  11. Drizzle with Toffee Peanut Butter
  12. Sprinkle with walnuts, cinnamon and brown sugar, if desired
