Toffee Peanut Butter Brownie Bites
Ingredients
- ½ cup (62g) brownie mix
- ¼ cup (27g) chocolate peanut powder
- 2 tbs (10g) cocoa powder
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ⅓ cup chocolate egg whites
- 2 tbs honey
- 1 tbs coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- toffee crunch peanut butter, as desired
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Spray 12 mini muffin cups with non stick spray
- Whisk together dry ingredients
- Mix together wet ingredients (except toffee peanut butter)
- Combine wet and dry ingredients
- Mix well
- Evenly divide batter into 12 muffin cups
- Bake for ~10 minutes
- Allow to cool slightly
- Drizzle or dunk with toffee peanut butter, as desired
