White Chocolate Sesame CranButter Pretzel Bars

White Chocolate Sesame CranButter Pretzel Bars

Serves: 24

Ingredients

1 cup Sesame CranButter

1 cup almonds

1/2 cup peanuts

1/2 cup pretzels

1/2 cup dried cranberries

2 tbs honey

1/2 cup white chocolate

Directions

1. Place almonds, peanuts and pretzels into a high speed blender and pulse until finely ground

2. Add in dried cranberries and pulse for 30 seconds

3. Add peanut butter and honey to a bowl and microwave for 45 seconds until melted

4. Add nuts, pretzels and cranberries to peanut butter

5. Mix well

6. Spread mixture into a 7×11 inch pan and place in freezer while melting chocolate

7. Melt white chocolate

8. Evenly spread white chocolate over the top of the bars

9. Place in freezer to set

10. Cut into 24 squares

11. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator
